Due to COVID-19 ALL ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE No exceptions! We DO NOT process returns. We love and value all of our Kuties if you receive your item damaged and we are responsible we will do our best to accommodate all customer. Before completing all orders please read item description to ensure you are ordering correct sizes.
Purposely Kaptured Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. We understand that with taking pictures emergencies and things happen. Although you will not be refunded you can use your deposit to be kaptured at a later date.
